PUPPY SALES CONTRACT

The Seller Gayle Thompson and the Buyer_____________________________ hereby agree.

1. The Seller hereby sells to the Buyer, for the amount of  $_______ an English Bulldog puppy. Born ________from: Dam: ___________ and Sire ________

2. The Seller will provide American Kennel Club (AKC) puppy registration papers to the buyer.

3. The Seller Guarantees that the puppy is in good health now and on the date of pick up. The Seller will provide the Buyer with an Official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection for sale of the puppy. (Health Certificate)

4. The Buyer has the right to return the puppy to the Seller in the same health as picked up in within 14 business days of pickup and receive a refund of the purchase price if the puppy is found by the Veterinarian to be suffering from any disease.

5. The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule, worming and heart worm preventative, good diet, and a clean and safe environment.

6. If at any time in its life the puppy/dog is to be sold or given away, the Buyer should notify the Seller to give the Seller the Option to take the puppy or to help place the puppy/dog in a good loving home.

7. The Seller requires a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to insure the purchase of the puppy.

8. 3% Charge when using PayPal
